I'm nervous about an online course...
I get it! I was hesitant to take my programs online for fear of losing the personal touch that is so important at this time.
Watch this short video to hear what changed my mind, why I'm now a complete convert and the part of the program I absolutely love!

How do I choose an antenatal course?

In this short video Sarah will explain what evidence-based means and why it's so important, how being scared at this time is normal, why her birth doesn't matter and what makes these programs so different from anything else out there.
